YesEarth Eco Consulting is a fast-growing environmental consulting and carbon project development organization. We focus on climate action, sustainable development, and carbon finance, with expertise in project registration, verification, and carbon credit monetization.

We are hiring a Carbon Project Development Expert to manage projects from registration through to carbon credit sales, ensuring compliance with global standards and enabling market linkages.

• Develop and register carbon projects (Verra, Gold Standard, etc.)
• Oversee MRV, validation, and verification
• Liaise with stakeholders, registries, and verifiers
• Support carbon credit sales and market transactions
• Provide technical guidance and input into proposals

• Master’s in Environmental Science/Climate/Forestry/Natural Resource Management
• 3–7 years of experience in carbon project development
• Strong knowledge of carbon standards, MRV, and methodologies
• Experience in carbon markets preferred
• Excellent documentation, networking, and project management skills
